Day Spa terms and conditions
Please make sure every person having treatments at The Lodge Jamberoo day spa fill and sign the Wellness form sent to the email address provided by the time of the booking.

PAYMENTS
Full payments are required to secure day spa treatment bookings.
If you are staying with us at The Lodge and want to book a treatment, we offer EFTPOS payment on reception. There is a credit card surcharge (2.9% surcharge on AMEX and 2.6% surcharge on all other credit cards).

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES POLICY
We understand that unexpected emergencies occur and are out of your control, although they are also out of our control. We appreciate as much notice for cancellations or rescheduling as possible, with 24-48 hours being the minimum.
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. Failure to provide us with timely notification or missed appointments will result in your payment not being refunded.
We will refund 50% deposit for cancellation made 24 hours prior to your treatment.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
To prepare for your visit and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure we have ample time to get you ready for your treatments. Unfortunately, late arrival will mean reduced treatment time.

Please call us if you are running late; we will do our best to still fit you in, providing we have the capacity. However, if we are back to back, unfortunately, your treatment may have to be shortened.

GIFT VOUCHERS
A perfect gift for that special someone.
Vouchers can be redeemed for services in the day spa, Lulu’s restaurant or accommodation at The Lodge. Full priced vouchers are valid for 3 years. Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS
Only one discount can be used when purchasing treatments, products, and specials. Specials, promotions, and coupons can not be used in conjunction with one an other and can only be used separately.
